Established in 2012 by the visionary Sheikh Galib Rahman, a multifaceted individual with roles as a Technologist, Corporate Leader, Tech Entrepreneur, Social Advocate, and Educationalist, the academy provides hope for those seeking a flourishing career in the highly competitive sphere of information technology.
Motivated by a passion for cultivating innovation and knowledge, he started the leading IT training hub situated in bustling New York City in 2012. Offering courses like Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst, the academy has empowered 500 individuals in New York and currently supports 150 professionals in reshaping their technology careers. Affiliated with Queens College, CUNY, the academy is recognized as the #1 in Quality Assurance testing. Expanding to Los Angeles in 2022, it has helped 35 individuals find fulfilling employment, with 45 currently enrolled. In 2023, Transfotech Global Bangladesh began, with around 100 people witnessing the transformative power of the academy’s programs.
The resilience of the institution was evident during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Swiftly adapting to the remote learning model, Transfotech Academy continued to serve the New York-Bangladeshi community. Many who found themselves laid off from service industries seized the opportunity to upskill through Transfotech’s courses, which helped them move smoothly into remote work.
